Job Title: Shipping AdministratorJob Description
This role supports a busy shipping department by coordinating outbound and inbound shipments, preparing all required documentation in JDE, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced industrial environment. The Shipping Administrator works closely with the Shipping Supervisor, lead hand, loader operators, and customer service representatives to ensure accurate, timely, and safe movement of goods for both domestic and international customers.
Responsibilities

+ Organize trucks and couriers for outbound shipments and ensure all loads are scheduled efficiently.

+ Create pick slips, pack slips, and all required shipping documentation in JDE for domestic and international shipments.

+ Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to tender loads to carriers and confirm carrier arrangements.
