Shipping Controller
Large Importer and exporter of frozen meat is urgently needing a shipping controller.
It is imperative that the applicant has experience in framing import & export bills of entry and import releases, plus a strong knowledge in framing import and export road bills of entry and export road freight as it will be their primary task, however, will also be doing releases. The Company does own in-house clearances.
Duties & Responsibilities
Framing bills of entry (import and export) and import releases.
Responsibilities - primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role include, but are not limited to:
Monitor cross pack and cross border process
Manage and monitor storage
Framing export road freight bills of entry - SAD declaration
Manage and monitor electronic Road Freight Manifests (e RFMs) submissions
Acquittal submission upon request from SARS
RCG submissions
Compliance report
