This is a 40-hour a week position; This position is Seasonal typically operating May-November.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Provide general clerical assistance to support daily office operations.
• Maintain and update the shipping calendar for all Manitoba locations to ensure accurate scheduling and communication.
