Key Responsibilities
RECEIVED DOCUMENTS / NEW BILL OF LOADING / FROM DECLARANT.
UPDATE MONITORING. DTT / DIRECT TO TRUCK MONITORING REGISTRY ARRIVAL PORT SHIPPING LINE REMARKS
Ask Billing Invoice and Request Cash Advance.
Prepare Documents for Shipping, either Manual or Electronic Process.
Monitor Shipments for Possible WEB. For manual shipping print document needed for web and give it to shipping processor in charge and Web it to terminal.
Monitor Discharge date for storage and gate pass purposes.
Once done issue a Delivery Order and already discharge. Print Delivery order and give it to the trucking coordinator for gate pass purposes.
Demurrage / Detention computation.

PTW PERTMIT TO WITHDRAW
Qualifications
At least 1 year of related working experience
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Custom Admin or related fields may be preferred
