Shipping Coordinator

Responsible to manage all the inbound, outbound shipment and coordinate with logistics team to full fill production orders and meet customer demand in a timely manner. Independence and quick thinking of decision making.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely with Planner or Customer Advocate to prepare the shipment according to ship plan.
- Coordinate and work closely with 3PL Logistics team to identify goods assigned based on inventory available.
- Generate Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice and Packing List and other shipping related documents.
- Understand shipping instruction given for each order request in system.
- Coordinates for cargo pick up arrangement with various or selected freight carrier/forwarders based on the incoterm and keep track shipments movement.
- Understand each customer requirement and Customs compliance for Export/Import and Bonded shipment.
