We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily shipping operations
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Delivery Receipts, etc.)
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and customers
• Handle shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate shipping records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
