Shipping Coordinator

Details: Permanent Position West Area Duties: Manage daily logistics operations, documentation, and order processing activities. Process customer orders Prepare and process shipping documents in accordance with export and customer requirements. Verify logistics invoices and coordinate with Finance on payment matters. Maintain logistics records and support reporting and data analysis activities. Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues when required. Handle end-to-end export order management, including purchase order issuance and system updates (e.g., SAP). Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or sales support functions. Shipping and export coordination experience is preferred.
