Key Responsibilities: Engineer comprehensive shipping sets (Import/Export, Transshipment, and Back-to-Back), including D/O, Commercial Invoices, and FTA-compliant Certificates of Origin.
Execute end-to-end Letter of Credit (L/C) workflows, covering import issuance and the technical negotiation of export documentation.
Execute Customs Permit Declarations via TradeNet/ TradeWeb and manage controlled substance licensing (CNB).
Administer marine insurance policies and lead the resolution of claims, particularly for high-consequence cargo.
Facilitate vessel nomination acceptance and audit competitive freight benchmarks across liners and global forwarders.
Perform rigorous auditing of HS Codes to ensure tariff accuracy and compliance.
