Shipping Coordinator

Primary function:

To ensure all shipments are recorded timely and accurately, including shipments dates and ensure all cargo ready before loading into containers/collection.

Secondary function:

1. Knowledgeable in fundamental requirements of shipment, particularly rules involving in shipping regulations and protocols.
2. Request trucks for cargo collection
3. To allocate containers and coordination for containers movement.
4. Monitor arrangement of goods while make sure all goods in good condition.
5. To prepare photos arrangement of goods before containers movement.
6. Collaborate with store, marketing and other department to optimize shipment processes.
7. Any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.
