Job Purpose
Coordinate all operations related to the import of raw materials, export of finished products, national shipping, and internal logistics, ensuring full compliance with free trade zone requirements and local government customs regulations to support the business's manufacturing and sales process.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead and organize all imports and exports, complying with supplier and customer regulations.
Lead a team of shipping assistants and monitor indicators and all processes in the foreign trade area.
Coordinate logistics and supervise the commercial services of transport companies to ensure deliveries according to the dates required by the customer.
Generate all reports required by the free trade zone and local authorities.
Maintain and integrate all inventories in the free trade zone system and the CPL system.
Prepare and attend to all audits related to the foreign trade process.
