About the role

We are seeking a Shipping & Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team at STG SHIPPING (M) SDN BHD. This full-time position is based in Klang - Port Klang Selangor and will play a crucial role in our operations within the Shipping, Transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and port authorities for import, export, and transshipment shipments.
• Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Submit shipping instructions and verify accuracy of shipment details before vessel departure.
• Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on shipment status.
• Handle booking arrangements with shipping lines and confirm space allocation.
• Liaise with customers and vendors to resolve documentation discrepancies.
