This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations/Documentation Executive (Petroleum Trading) located at INFINITY8 Mid Valley, Johor Bahru . The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of shipping operations, from handling complex Letters of Credit (LCs) to coordinating vessel activities.

Role Description

• Documentation Management: Handle Letters of Credit (LCs), shipping documents, and the drafting of sales contracts for buyers.
• Operational Coordination: Liaise with banks, suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Vessel Support: Provide efficient and timely support in the chartering of Tankers and Bulk Carriers.
