We're seeking a committed and detail-oriented Shipping Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic Data team at Mayzon Group in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an Shipping Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day data operations of our organization. What you'll be doing

•       On top monitoring of RGI weekly shipments for all buyers.

•       Daily communications to all vendors CH, PH and VN with regards to Shipping documentation.

•       Follow ups with vendors of shipping documents and make sure it was received on time.

•       Checking and validation of vendor's complete set of shipping documents and communicates any discrepancies for revision.

•       Finalization of Shipping documents (PDF form) for Custom clearance submission.
