As a Shipping Executive at AROPAK SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the company's import/export and customs operations. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor, and will involve managing the logistics and coordination of international shipping and customs clearance for the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating the import and export of goods, including managing relationships with shipping carriers and customs brokers
Preparing and processing customs documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
Tracking shipments and providing updates to internal stakeholders and client
Resolving any issues or delays in the shipping and customs clearance process
Maintaining accurate records and data related to shipping activities
Collaborating with the broader logistics team to optimise the company's supply chain operations
