Shipping Executive

An well-established and expanding manufacturer is seeking a Shipping Executive to join their expanding team.

Job Summary:

The Shipping Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing all outbound shipments of finished products. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatch, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with warehouses, transporters, and internal departments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in shipping/logistics (manufacturing preferred)
• Knowledge of shipping & dispatch processes
• Familiarity with transport documentation
• ERP / Inventory software proficiency
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills
