Shipping Executive

Responsibilities

• To responsible on shipping department and Packing department
• In charge on KTZ and Singapore shipment.
• Shipment booking with Forwarder
• Preparing Commercial Invoice and Packing List for customs clearance
• Preparing Shipping Instruction to Forwarder.
• Checking and confirming Bill of Laden and K2
• Monitoring packing status for all shipment.
• Preparing of Special Service Request (SSR) if shipment delay
• Request for shipment roll over.
• Updating KTZ shipment report
• Monitoring Packing Daily Output
• Monitoring Packing Efficiency
• Monitoring Packing Rejection
• Guide Packing to do kaizen activity for cost saving

Qualifications

• Experience in sea, air and Cross boarder shipment arrangement
• Knowledge of ISO working environment
• Experience in manufacturing working environment
