Shipping Executive

Own end-to-end shipping operations to ensure smooth documentation, customs compliance and On-Time Delivery. You will also support purchasing activities to keep material flow smooth. This role suits someone who can work independently, moves fast, and produces clean, accurate reporting (especially in Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage booking and submission via shipping or liner portal system for booking confirmation, VGM and shipment submissions.
• Prepare and control the full set of shipping and export documents and trade declaration (e.g., Shipping Instruction, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bills of Lading, L/C).
• Apply and execute import and export customs forms and applications, including MITI, MIDA and SST related submissions.
• Coordinate cross‑department execution to meet shipment schedule and achieve On Time Delivery (OTD) to customers.
