Shipping Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the Shipping team member, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Fully in charge of Shipping and Customs related activities. Manage import and export shipment with headquarter and forwarders while ensuring proper declaration with Customs are in place for duty exemption. Ensure compliance of Shipping activities to Government regulation and company guidelines.
• Consistent and accurate updates of shipping status for outgoing & incoming shipments to internal stakeholders.
• Perform import/export license and permit renewal with government authority.
• Responsible for timely renewal of Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) license, import permit and other licenses / permit with government authority.
• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of monthly stock to Customs, M1 & M2 reports (LMW), M4, and all other paperwork required under LMW License to customs.
