About the Job

In this position, you will be responsible to handle end-to-end import and export including preparing shipping documents, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery. The candidate will also support customers with enquiries, manage shipment accuracy, and ensure smooth operations throughout the supply chain process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily import and export shipment activities.
• Prepare and check basic shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
• Follow up with vendors on shipment arrangements.
• Track shipment status and ensure deliveries are on schedule.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries about products and delivery.
