Shipping Executive

Job Description

• Arrange and coordinate outbound shipments of finished goods
• Liaise with carriers and forwarders for booking and delivery
• Ensure timely delivery to customers

• Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, COO, etc.)
• Handle customs declaration and ensure compliance with export requirements

• Work closely with internal stakeholders
• Confirm product availability and ensure proper labelling & loading

• Request freight quotations and monitor shipment costs

• Update shipment details in system (Oracle)
• Track shipment status and provide updates when required

• Support resolution of shipment delays, documentation errors or customs issues
