SHIPPING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of shipment (land, air‑freight and sea‑freight)
• Assisting in shipping and coordination work that includes frequent communication with courier, forwarders and overseas agent
• Handling and preparation of import and export documentations
• Handling of LC, permit declaration (OO, II, RM, DP)
• Preparation of certificates of origin
• Ensure all billings are done timely and accurately with all necessary supporting documents
• Tracking of shipments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling shipping by air / sea internationally
• Knowledge of international trades and shipping
• Knowledge of import and export documentation
• Team player, self‑motivated and independent. Strong interpersonal skills
• Transport provided
