Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordinated handling of sea and air shipment documentation and inland logistics support, covering Bill of Lading and Air Waybill processing, assistance in cargo manifesting, trucking arrangements, terminal booking coordination, and pre-advice of empty container movements, to support accurate documentation, timely cargo flow, and compliance with operational requirements.

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator shall:

• Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading and Air Waybills, including verification of shipper, consignee, notify party, vessel or flight details, container or airway bill numbers, cargo description, and routing information.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of cargo manifests, ensuring consistency of shipment data prior to final submission with shipping lines, airlines, and relevant systems.
