Shipping & Logistics Executive

Spectrum Ingredients Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and organised Shipping & Logistics Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely distribution of our products to customers both locally and internationally. Join a well-established company located just 5 minutes' walk from Redhill MRT.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 5-day work week (with 1 Saturday commitment, half-day every 2 months)

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the logistics of product shipments, transshipments, including booking transportation, arranging customs clearance, and tracking deliveries
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other logistics providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely updates on the status of shipments
