Shipping Manager

**Description:** Our Waterton facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a Traffic Administration Manager to join our mission. In this role, you will serve as the manager for ~10 employees to oversee shipping, packing/crating, distribution, and traffic administration missions, working in close coordination with LM Space Transportation, LMS Programs, commercial vendors, civilian and military airports, LM Space’s International Trade Compliance Office, and customers. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and federal and state regulatory requirements.
As the shipping manager, you will manage the planning, scheduling, and routing of inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments of freight; manage the fabrication of wood shipping crates to support outbound shipments and storage of critical assemblies; comply with DOT and State shipping documentation laws (CFR 49, IATA, etc); represent company with carriers, negotiate ...
