  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client in the Logistics Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Shipping Officer (Exports & Imports) to join their team in Gauteng.
  
 Responsibilities 
 Oversee the entire shipping process for both imports and exports, including the coordination of necessary documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding
 Manage and develop relationships with shipping suppliers, ensuring timely availability of shipping containers and negotiating favorable rates
 Collaborate with internal teams to establish efficient shipping procedures and optimize logistics operations
 Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
 Handle the preparation and processing of shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists
