Shipping Operations

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maritime operations related matters, such as concrete implementation of maritime cargo acceptance, consolidation, transportation and distribution scheduling plans

2. Organize, arrange and coordinate the acceptance, storage, transportation and distribution of goods;

3. Track ship and cargo dynamics;

4. Production, review and confirmation of relevant documents such as declaration documents and bills of lading;

5. Confirm expenses with customers and track charges;

6. Cargo tracking and data archiving

job requirements:



1.Good communication and coordination skills;

2. Good English; fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

3. More than 2 years working experience in shipping operations in the freight forwarding industry is preferred;

4. Do things carefully, carefully and patiently; have good teamwork spirit;
