Ivory Pearl Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Shipping & Planning Executive to join our dynamic team in Chemor, Perak. As a fulltime member of our Import/Export & Customs department, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our shipping and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and oversee the shipping of products to customers both locally and internationally
2. Liaise with logistics providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
3. Collaborate with the planning team to develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies
4. Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to optimise workflow and minimise delays
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and customs requirements
