SHIPPING & RECEIVING REPRESENTATIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW

Shipping & Receiving Representatives in our Production warehouse are an important part of the team's success. They oversee timely and accurate shipments of Kwik Lok products, handle inventory, and ensure our food safety program requirements are upheld. This position is vital to guaranteeing shipments to our customers are filled in an accurate, efficient and safe manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS

Shipping/Receiving:


+ Review all sales orders and transfer orders prior to shipping, ensuring accuracy in product, quantity, quality, and ship dates

+ Create shipping quotes

+ Prepare shipments and associated documentation (international, domestic, BOL, parcel, LTL, etc.)

+ Process shipments in NetSuite

+ Track and receive shipments using NetSuite
