About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Sales & Booking Coordinator who will own the full commercial and operational cycle of international shipments from the Far East to the USA.
This role combines active sales, customer acquisition, quoting, and deal closing, together
with hands-on booking and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Generate, manage, and close new shipping business independently.
Prospect, qualify, and onboard new customers.
Prepare and present freight quotes (FCL, LCL, air freight) from Asia to the USA.
Negotiate rates, service terms, and pricing to close deals profitably.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
Booking and Shipping Operations
Convert closed deals into confirmed bookings.
