About the role

As a Shipping Specialist at LINKQUICK TRANS CARGO LOGISTICS', you will play a crucial role in our Import/Export & Customs operations, based in our office in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing the logistics and documentation involved in the international movement of goods for our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating the shipping process, including booking transportation, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery
2. Preparing and processing all necessary shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices
3. Liaising with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure efficient clearance of goods
