Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Shipping Manager and indirectly to the Plant Manager, the Shipping Supervisor is responsible for shipping and receiving product to and from customers, following established food safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control shipping and receiving activities (including raw materials, customer orders, all pallet usage, and product returns) to ensure accurate, timely, efficient, and economical utilization of storage facilities.
• Ensure all paperwork is entered into the computer system.
• Direct and maintain first‑in, first‑out rotation of product in storage and ensure the freezer and storage areas meet housekeeping standards.
