Shisha Maker / Shisha Preparation Specialist

Responsible for preparing, assembling and serving shisha according to customer preferences while maintaining quality, hygiene and safety standards. Ensures an excellent customer experience in lounges, cafés, restaurants or hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble shisha pipes and accessories
• Select, mix and pack tobacco flavors according to customer requests
• Manage charcoal preparation and replacement safely
• Deliver and set up shisha at customer tables
• Monitor shisha quality and replace coals as needed
• Clean, sanitize and maintain shisha equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and venue regulations
• Maintain inventory of tobacco, charcoal, hoses and accessories
• Report equipment damage or stock shortages to management
• Provide recommendations on flavors and combinations to customers
