We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our community retail team. This role is more than retail — it’s about creating a welcoming space where every customer feels respected, supported, and valued, while helping our shop operate smoothly and sustainably.
As a Shop Assistant based in Newtown, this role is casual part time hours and you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Op shops, work closely with staff and volunteers, and help deliver a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service to all customers and visitors
