Job Summary
This role involves delivering a high standard of customer service while supporting the daily retail operations of the TWK Outdoor shop. The Shop Assistant will assist customers professionally, process point-of-sale transactions, support merchandising activities, and contribute to the store's social media presence through basic content creation. The successful candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and able to represent the TWK Outdoor brand in a welcoming and professional manner.
