The successful candidate will supervise daily activities, coordinate manpower, ensure quality standards are maintained, and support production schedules in a hands-on environment.

This position is ideal for a strong carpenter with leadership abilities who enjoys working directly on the floor alongside the team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
