Shop Manager

Work of location: MOLLY FANTASY AEON QUEENSBAY, PULAU PINANG

1. Responsible for the performance and revenue by maximizing sales and profit by monthly/yearly target. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations with follow company S.O.P
2. Ensure the store/kiosk is clean, organized, and well-maintained and follow the opening checklist guidelines
3. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Arrange DWS every day and to ensure all staff able to follow the DWS 100%. To update any manpower shortage immediately to respective area manager
4. To perform monthly stocktake 1st of the month and pre-stocktake every 25th of the month and reconcile discrepancies immediately
5. Responsible for troubleshoot any OOS machines and take necessary action to respective Area Manager
6. To follow operation deadlines setting by HOD. To submit any report required by Area Manager or HQ as per deadlines
