Shop Manager – Nakuru
Our Client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Shop Manager.
Role Purpose
To plan, direct & oversee the operations and fiscal (Sales profitability) health of a retail cluster consisting of a minimum of three Retail Shops
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Revenue & Profitability of the Shops within the allocated Retail Cluster

Reports & Sales projections/planning

Enforce SOPs across all stores within the cluster

Manage the shop’s look and feel, i.e., merchandising consistent with the brand, uniforms, and consistency in animation activities inside or outside the shop

Manage balance between consignment stock and DFP sales with an objective of maximizing device sales
