Shop Manager

Fairbank is a leading supplier of Agriculture and Propane parts and equipment, with 14 locations throughout the Midwest and Northwest. Fairbank has done Whatever It Takes to provide exceptional service and product knowledge to our loyal customers for over 75 years. We are seeking a motivated Shop Manager at our Stockton, California. This position will report directly to the branch manager.

Responsibilities

The Shop Manager oversees the daily production of light-to-medium duty trailers, ensuring all units are built to high-quality standards. This role involves leading a team of welders, assemblers, and fabricators to meet aggressive production schedules and customer delivery dates.

Working manager position. This position requires a manager who will participate in hands on physical labor in the day-to-day activities of the shop as necessary.
