Customer Service& Sales 1. Greet customers warmly and understand their needs, occasion, and budget 2. Present jewellery pieces professionally, explaining materials (gold purity, gemstones,diamond grading, etc.), craftsmanship, and pricing 3. Build rapport to encourage repeat business and referrals 4. Achieve individual and store sales targets 5. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and after-sales requests (resizing, repairs, cleaning) Product Handling & Display 1. Retrieve and return pieces to the display or safe according to shop protocol 2.Ensure every item handled is accounted for before and after each customer interaction 3.Keep displays clean, well-arranged, and properly lit restock as needed 4.Polish and inspect jewellery to maintain showroom condition Transactions& Documentation 1.
