Overview

Ledcor is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Shop Supervisor, Highway Maintenance (Multi Site) to support our highway maintenance and infrastructure operations across multiple locations in the Greater Edmonton Area (CMA's 509/510).

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead & Direct Teams – Provide overall direction to ensure project goals, safety, and contract schedules are met.
• Communication & Collaboration – Effectively communicate with front-line leaders, ensuring contract requirements are successfully executed.
• Operational Oversight – Monitor performance metrics (cost, schedule, safety, quality, environment) and guide teams to achieve them.
• Strategic Planning – Assist in schedule development, resource allocation, and execution plans to ensure project success.
