Shopify Growth Manager

We're looking for a
hands-on Shopify expert
to turn our B2B wholesale eyewear store into a true
revenue engine
— not just a catalog.

This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of
e-commerce merchandising, conversion optimization, data, and Shopify operations
and wants direct impact on sales, inventory movement, and customer growth.

Mission

Drive
conversion rate, average order value, and reorder frequency
while helping us move high-margin inventory, closeouts, and bulk deals more effectively.

What You'll Own

Conversion & Merchandising

• Build high-performing collections (Top Margin, Weekly Deals, Hot Sellers, Clearance, etc.)
• Optimize product pages (titles, tags, case-pack info, images, margin cues)
• Create landing pages for brands, bulk deals, and promotions
• Use urgency, scarcity, and A/B testing to increase AOV and conversion
