Shopper Activation Manager, Oral Health Care

As our **Shopper & Category Growth Manager** for **Personal Health** , you will drive shopper strategies that accelerate category growth within **Oral Health Care** .
You will lead the development and execution of shopper activation plans aligned with category strategies, creating impactful in-store experiences and ensuring strong brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Working closely with marketing, commercial teams, and retail partners, you will optimize launches, strengthen shopper engagement, and help innovate the Nordic retail experience.
You will also collaborate with the wider Western Europe Shopper team to share best practices and drive efficiencies across markets.
