**What you'll be doing?**



+ Plan and execute marketing activities and programs for assigned brand to achieve sales target

+ Work closely with the team in brand building for existing & new product to ensure well execution of annual marketing plan

+ Conduct market research, analyze market trend & competitor activities for management review and strategies development

+ Conduct promotion effectiveness evaluation and responsive adjustment with goal of ROI maximization

+ Responsive demand forecasting, budget management & control

+ Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
