About the Role

El Shopper Marketing Specialist liderar la definición e implementación de los lineamientos de ejecución de las estrategias de marketing en el punto de venta, asegurando que las iniciativas se traduzcan en experiencias relevantes para el shopper que impulsen conversión, crecimiento de categoría y consistencia en todos los canales.

Responsibilities

• Engage brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines.
• Understand and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer.
• Understand key drivers of purchase and be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials.
• Track, post‑evaluate and report activity versus plan for all activity in customers, and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development.
