As a Shopper Marketing Specialist for our Consumer Business Group you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of our iconic brands, including Scotch™, Post‑it®, Scotch‑Brite®, Command®, Viscoplast™ and Futuro™ leading trade promotion strategies and tactics. This role aligns trade investments with prioritised portfolios, customers and channels.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for assigned customers or channels.
  • Building relationships with key marketing personnel at your accounts and being highly collaborative with 3M sales and marketing teams.
