As a Property Manager, you will oversee a range of buildings, ensuring their optimal performance across key areas including establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, managing and controlling personnel, service contractors, repairs, revamps, tenant installations, inspections and general building administration. To contribute towards the development and training of staff within the company.
Marketing of Space & Renewals (30%): Manage the vacancy list and marketing plan, handle lease negotiations, and secure sustainable income streams. Ensure accurate contract administration and timely tenant installations. Monitor and address outstanding renewals.
