Shore Excursion Dispatcher and Guide Coordinator

Nordic Gateway is a leading tour operator for cruise ships on the Norwegian market. We provide shore excursions to many cruise lines in the various destinations in Norway, and to further strengthen our team we are now looking for a shore excursion dispatcher for our calls in Tromsø.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Guide Coordinator and Dispatcher to manage and support our team of tour guides during cruise operations. A social and representative person with authority to establish and maintain order in situations that can be hectic and challenging.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As a shore excursion dispatcher: you will be acting as a company representative and be in charge of coordinating and supervising the shore excursion operations at the pier and reporting to the main office during the day when the ship is in port.
