We're looking for a
skilled YouTube video editor
who can handle
both long-form YouTube videos and short-form content (Shorts/Reels/TikTok)
and replicate a specific editing style.

What You'll Be Editing

• Long-form YouTube videos
  (8–20 minutes)
• Short-form clips
  cut from long videos (30–90 seconds)
• Fast-paced, engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and retention focus

Style Requirements

You
must
be able to closely replicate the style of reference videos we provide.

This includes:

• Clean cuts & strong pacing
• Engaging captions / subtitles
• Zooms, punch-ins, b-roll, sound effects where appropriate
• Retention-focused editing (no dead space)
