This is not a traditional administrative role; we are looking for a Growth Partner—a problem-solver and a hunter who is passionate about the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry. You will manage a dual mission: operational excellence (Guest/Property Management) and aggressive strategic growth (Marketing/Lead Gen).
