Short-Term Rental Sales & Bookings Specialist

CS Outsource is seeking a sales-driven professional with experience managing booking enquiries and converting leads within the short-term rental and hospitality space.

As a Virtual Bookings Specialist, you will manage incoming enquiries, guide clients through the booking process, and convert leads into confirmed reservations. You’ll work across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and similar channels while delivering a premium customer experience.

• Respond to and manage booking enquiries across multiple platforms
• Understand guest requirements for stays, events, and production bookings
• Prepare quotes and tailored offers
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversions and occupancy
• Coordinate reservations and maintain updated calendars
• Deliver professional communication before and after bookings
• Assist with listing optimisation and updates
